The Boat House is appreciated for its superb location, right on the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and pubs like the Whitstable Oyster Company and The Pearson's Arms. Guests enjoy having coffee shops right on their doorstep, along with easy access to the high street. Rooms are generally considered comfortable and clean, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge; however, some guests have noted that the rooms can be quite small. The terraces, especially the upper one with sea views, are a highlight for many.

Excellent Seaside Stay!

quiet roommini fridgetea facilitiesclean room
The room faced the street. It was surprisingly quiet. The room included a fan, iron with an ironing board. a mini fridge stocked with water and juice. Tea and coffee facilities with biscuits were provided. It was clean. I appreciated the attention to detail.
The pillows were hard. It is just my personal preference, though.
Facilities

The location is great and central. It is minutes from coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. The information in the room provides details for health services, should any issues arise . They have considered everything.
Rooms

The furnishings were subtle and stylish. They seemed new or well-kept. The bed was gloriously comfortable! All appliances worked well except the tv channel availability. It was bizarre and limited, but everything else was perfect.
